I'm looking for tenants to stay in a modern terrace in West Watford from April 2013...

Modern 2-bed Terraced House w Garden to Rent (West Watford, all-inc available):
AVAILABLE April 2013. Basic rent £1050/month unfurnished. Modern, spacious, well presented, fully furnished terrace with laminate-floor living room, modern fitted kitchen, bathroom and 2 double-bedrooms and plenty of storage. Located in a quiet suburb close in West Watford, near countryside; 15 min walk to Met tube, 15 mins journey to Watford central by bus, 5 mins drive to Moor Park station. Seek single / couple prof non-smokers, no pets, car owners, must be neat & tidy and house-proud. Long-term tenants preferred.

Facilities include: Washing machine; tumble dryer (outside); fridge and freezer; dishwasher; driveway parking; large back garden; BBQ; loft; power-shower; bath; plenty of internal storage. All rooms are fully unfurnished; TV points in all rooms.
