I manage a Watford 2-bedroomed terraced house, and I am also landlord to a 1-bedroom maisonette in Greenford. This section gives a brief intro and links to each of these properties.

I will ensure that all properties come supplied with a Gas Safety check of the boiler, and an Electrical Safety Check, as well as an Energy Performance Certificate (as required by law)
